Ben & Jerry's oatmeal cookie dough

Well Mr B told me to try this flavour ice cream, and all I can say is YUM...I am not the hugest fan of Ben and Jerry's but I have reformed my opinion since tasting this.. good recomendation.. !!

Just spoke to my friend who is evacuating from Houston due to the Hurricane Rita possibly heading her way.. how very frightening.. I cannot imagine what that must feel like, how do you even know where to start in terms of packing up your belongings.. what a dilemma. should you stay or should you go ! I am thankful for the relative safety of the little island of Britain as we seem not too exposed to the weather elements.

How Funny

Well I find the comments on my previous blog, made by a passing visitor quite amusing .. as this person who is trying to promote diet pills, has made a big fat assumption (pardon the pun) that I do have weight issues, and need to be on a diet. This is a big assumption to make and people should be careful as assuming makes an ass of u and me.

But ho hum, I have just enjoyed a lettuce salad with water dressing , and I very much enjoyed it, I shallw just await comments from someone to let me know that I have issues with being underweight now... The blogging community is quite funny, I feel bad that I have neglected it for awhile

Friday afternoon at last, I am in my sofa, watching Friends, before the Friday night frivolities kick off. How I love this friday feeling, it passes so quickly though. Another hectic week at
Virgin Atl has passed, am a little lost for inspiration for my blog today, am too distracted bythis episode of Friends, but heaven only knows why when I have see each episodes at least 4 times over.. but it gets me each time for a laugh .. it is great.

well am off to eat a cornetto. i will treat it as an appetiser
