Have not blogged for about 4 months, Facebook world took over for awhile, but have popped back to blog world for my first visit of 2008, it's good to be back. 2007 a busy but good year, lots of travelling and lots to do at work, reached year 4 of married life, and had the most succesful year of dieting ever, lost more then 3 stone in weight by following Weight Watchers, it is so great to get to goal weight, I managed it in 11months.. I am happier now!!

Mrs K! Welcome back to the world of blog. It's the way forward, Facebooks come and go but blogging is forever!
You now look amazing and I'm sure that cake will no longer tempt you (exept those groovy little ones you all seem to have around your desks that contain nothing bad at all!)
