New stuff
Goodness, this moving business is v v expensive, and to top it all off a lot of our household appliances seem to be breaking down at the same time, today we had the new fridge freezer delivered, because our last fridge decided to stop functioning, and although it was expensive, I am loving the new fridge (I know I am sad and need to get out more !.) Then our vacuum cleaner packed up last week, so had to go buy a new one yesterday, then our phone stopped functioning, so went a bought a new set a couple of weeks ago, so I guess in some ways it is quite nice having all these new things for the new home ! but the bank balance sure is taking a bashing!Work is super crazy at the moment, I think even if I worked 12 hour days everyday, I still would not get through my "to do" list, now don't get me wrong I love the job, but the home, work life balance is a little off balance at the moment ! I cannot even find a window to go off on holiday , I cannot believe it is almost July and we have not been on a holiday yet, I am seriously suffering here !.. I work for an airline for goodness sake and should be jetting off all the time .. to places like this picture, but hey I guess ascending the promotional ladder does have it's down points.. in as much as you can't go on lots of holidays !!
Am signing off now to go use the new vacuum !

Glad to hear your new home is hunky dory - despite scary levels of stress and out of control appliance failure - I feel your pain, I've been there and it's awful. However, there will come a day when it all stops and you can just sit around - even without the TV being on! - looking at how pretty your house is.
It is pretty lonesome on the food front for me as everyone who now sits around me is on a diet. If I even so much as utter the word biscuit I'm scowled at. sigh. My new view is cool and a plane spotter's paradise but I do miss food chat hugely. Come visit! There's a Starbucks and a McDonalds within minutes....

Good Luck with everything: money matters, etc! Good new is that soccer is slowly but surely coming to an end. Perhaps you'll have your hubby back soon!
You should've seen the streets today in Boston for the Brazil v. France game - it was insane! I can't imagine what it must be like in England.
